What shipping options are available for furniture orders?

Furniture Shipping is available. We ship the furniture using UShip. Customers have used uShip successfully to ship our furniture to them all over the country.

Pick-Up by the customer at our store location is available for furniture orders during business hours. An email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for pick-up. Please have this email available when picking up the order.

Furniture Delivery is available to customers that live within 75 miles of our store location. If the customer requests delivery within 25 miles of our store location, the delivery fee is $100.00. If the delivery is between 25 and 75 miles of our store location, the delivery fee is $200.00.

*Furniture Delivery Offer: If a customer orders two or more pieces of furniture in the same order, the order is eligible for a delivery fee waiver for the first 25 miles by applying discount code 2PIECESFREEDELIVERY during checkout. If the delivery is between 25 and 75 miles for two or more pieces of furniture, the delivery fee will be $100 (50% savings).

What shipping options are available for accessory and floral orders?

Accessory and Floral Shipping is available at a flat rate of $7.99.

Pick-Up by the customer at our store location is available for accessory and floral orders during business hours. An email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for pick-up. Please have this email available when picking up the order.

What shipping options are available for centerpiece boxes?

Centerpiece boxes ordered through the website can only be picked up at our store location during business hours. An email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for pick-up. Please have this email available when picking up the order.

What shipping options are available for chandeliers and rugs?

Chandeliers and Rug Shipping is available at a flat rate of $39.99.

What shipping options are available for bedding?

Bedding Shipping is available at a flat rate of $19.99.

Are additional options available for furniture pieces? What if I have special instructions for my order?

Depending on the furniture piece, there may be more options available to further customize your order. A customer may also provide special instructions about an order. Please visit our store or call us at (615) 982-9409.

What are Chic Artique's refund and return policy?

All sales are final. Returns and refunds will only be granted for items that were damaged or broken by us.  You MUST report damages no more than 5 days after your package has been delivered.  

For bedding purchases that you are unsure about, we suggest you purchase a sham for color and fabric. We will take a return on a single sham for your convenience. 

Please note that we do not cover items that were broken during shipment using uShip. Please review uShip's damage policy and follow their guidelines on uShip's website.

How do the headboards attach to the bed?

We provide a bracket that holds the headboards flat against the wall. The weight of the headboard rest on the floor and the bracket just holds it in place. We suggest you use free standing metal bed rails and that you do not attach the rails to the headboard. It is not necessary. 

Can you customize details on your furniture order?

We can change almost any detail on your order. If you have a detail you would like to discuss please call (615) 982-9409. We will be happy to work with you to design your piece to your specifications. We can make almost any size of any of our items. 

How long do furniture orders take? 

Since each piece is handcrafted, furniture orders typically take 8 weeks to build. If you need your furniture by a specific date please call our store to find out if your deadline is possible. If you are impatient like me, do not delay ordering because we build our orders in the order in which they were received.

How long do other types of orders take?

Depending on the stock we have available, it can take up to two weeks to fulfill and ship an order.
